Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is potentially HSA- and FSA-eligible with a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your physician. We can provide a sample LMN template you can bring to your doctor. Reimbursement is between you, your provider, and your plan administrator — but for many renters, this brings the effective cost down meaningfully.
