How we handle the information you share when you contact us or request a rental. We keep this short and plain.

We only collect what you give us through our forms and messages:

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed to do so:

All of the above excludes text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent information will not be shared with any third parties except Twilio, our SMS delivery provider, and only to deliver the messages.
Purebaric operates and advertises only in Utah. To understand site traffic and measure the performance of our advertising, we use Google Analytics 4, which is on by default. You can turn it off on this device at any time with the button below; turning it off does not affect your ability to use the site or submit a request. We do not send any personal or health information to analytics.
While analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may store anonymous browser, session, and advertising click identifiers. We keep the anonymous browser and session identifiers with a private reservation record so a later confirmed rental can be connected to the original website visit. We share conversion events (such as an accepted request or confirmed rental) with Purebaric's linked Google Ads account so we can measure whether an advertisement led to a rental. Purebaric does not enable personalized advertising or remarketing, and does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, ZIP codes, health information, notes, or form contents to Google Analytics or Google Ads.
Purebaric uses Twilio to send transactional website-notification text messages only to the Purebaric owner or another authorized administrator after that person affirmatively opts in through the password-protected admin portal. Customers and the public are never sent messages through this program. The opt-in process is documented at purebaric.com/sms-consent.
What we collect for SMS: the administrator's mobile number, the notification categories they selected, the date, time and identity of the person who gave consent, and message-delivery status from Twilio.
How we use it: solely to send the notification categories the administrator selected (new reservation requests, out-of-area requests, new reviews, and a weekly rentals-ending reminder). Message frequency varies with website activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information with any third parties, other than Twilio as our delivery provider acting on our instructions.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or turn off SMS notifications in the admin portal. Reply HELP, email hello@purebaric.com or call (801) 901-0873 for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Twilio processes message-delivery information as a service provider to Purebaric. SMS consent records are retained only as needed to operate the notification service, document consent, comply with applicable requirements, and honor opt-out requests. See also the SMS terms in our Terms of Service.
We keep your information for as long as needed to answer your inquiry or support your rental relationship, and as required for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
