The terms of the rental,
in plain language.

1. What the rental includes

• A 1.5 ATA soft-shell mHBOT chamber, professionally inspected and sanitized
• A high-purity oxygen concentrator delivering 99.9% O₂ via mask
• Full-service delivery and installation in your home
• 1 hour hands-on training covering safe operation
• Printed quick-reference operating guide
• Text and phone support throughout the rental period
• Pickup, sanitization, and inspection at the end of your rental

2. Required at delivery

Before we power on the chamber, every renter must:

• Sign Purebaric's full rental agreement and liability waiver
• Complete the medical screening (or provide physician clearance if any contraindications apply)
• Complete the onboarding training
• Acknowledge the safety rules listed on our Safety & Disclosures page

3. Payment terms

• A deposit is required to confirm your reservation
• The balance of your first month is due at or before delivery
• Multi-month rentals are billed monthly thereafter
• Rental fees are non-refundable once the rental term begins
• Late return fees may apply if pickup is delayed beyond the scheduled end date

4. Cancellation before delivery

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before scheduled delivery: full refund
• Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled delivery: deposit retained, balance refunded
• Cancellations after delivery: rental fees are non-refundable; see "Ending a rental early" below

5. Ending a rental early

Multi-month rentals can be ended early with at least 7 days' notice. If you end early, any partial month is billed at the next-shortest tier's rate (e.g. if you cancel a 6-month rental at month 3, the rate is recalculated at the 2-month tier). No refunds are issued for the period the chamber was in your possession.

6. Equipment responsibility

While the chamber is in your possession, you agree that:

• You are responsible for the safe care of the chamber
• You will return it in similar condition to delivery
• You are financially responsible for loss or damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair
• Normal wear and tear is excluded from damage charges
• You will not modify the equipment
• You will not allow unauthorized users to operate the chamber

7. Damage assessment

If damage is found at pickup, Purebaric will document the damage with photos and provide a written assessment within 7 business days. Charges will be itemized and may include parts, labor, and lost rental revenue while the chamber is being repaired. Disputes are reviewed in good faith.

8. Waiver of liability

At delivery, every renter signs a full waiver and release of liability. The waiver covers:

• Personal injury
• Medical complications
• Worsening of pre-existing conditions
• Property damage
• Wrongful death

The waiver applies to you, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. By signing, you acknowledge you are giving up substantial legal rights. The full waiver is available on request.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Purebaric from any claims brought by third parties (including household members or guests) arising out of use or misuse of the chamber during your rental period.

10. No medical advice or claims

• Purebaric is not a medical provider
• No diagnosis, treatment, or cure is offered
• Results are not guaranteed
• The chamber is not a substitute for medical care
• You are fully responsible for your own health decisions

11. Emergencies

If you or another user experiences discomfort, distress, or medical symptoms during use, depressurize and exit the chamber, then seek appropriate medical care. In an emergency, call 911. Contact Purebaric to report any incident.

12. Entire agreement

The full signed rental agreement and waiver govern the rental relationship. This page is a summary for your convenience and does not replace those documents. If anything on this page conflicts with the signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
