Tracked referrals

Each practitioner gets a referral link. We attribute every renter to your clinic. Reports go out monthly so you see what you're sending us.

Compensation

We offer either a flat referral fee per qualified rental or a recurring percentage of the rental — whichever fits your clinic's policy. Always disclosed to the patient.

How it works

The whole onboarding usually takes one phone call and a signed referral agreement.

    Intro call

    30 minutes. We learn about your practice, your typical patient, and which conditions you'd refer for. You ask anything.

    Practitioner agreement

    One-page agreement covering scope, compensation, patient disclosure, and clinical communication. Reviewed by your counsel if you'd like.

  3. 3

    Materials & link

    We send your referral kit, a unique link, and a co-branded patient PDF. You can hand the PDF to a patient at the end of an appointment.

  4. 4

    Ongoing communication

    We let you know when one of your patients books, when their rental starts, and (if they consent) anything they share with us about outcomes.
