This page is public and requires no sign-in. It shows exactly how a Purebaric administrator opts in to text-message alerts, for anyone who needs to verify our SMS program.
Last updated: September 29, 2026 (consent wording v2)
Purebaric sends transactional website-notification text messages only to the Purebaric owner or another authorized administrator. These notifications alert an administrator when the Purebaric website receives:
A new reservation request
An out-of-area reservation request
A new customer review
A weekly reminder that rentals are ending within the next 10 days (a count and the earliest end date, with a link to the admin portal; it contains no customer details)
Customers who submit these forms do not receive messages through this SMS program. Reservation requests and reviews are submitted by the general public; the text alerts described on this page go only to the administrator who enrolls their own number in the admin portal.
Consent is optional, never forced, and never pre-selected
The SMS-consent checkbox is unchecked by default for every phone number, new or existing. The portal never pre-checks it.
Consenting to SMS is not a condition of using the admin portal, of any purchase, or of any Purebaric service. Every portal feature works with SMS turned off, and email notifications are available instead.
Enrolling takes two separate actions: the administrator checks the box, then selects the "Enable SMS notifications" button, which is disabled until the box is checked.
No message is sent to a number until its consent has been recorded. The date and time of consent, and who gave it, are stored with the number and shown in the portal.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP or by selecting "Disable SMS notifications" in the portal, which stops delivery immediately.
How an administrator opts in
The administrator signs in to the password-protected Purebaric admin portal.
The administrator opens the Notifications page.
The administrator enters the mobile number that will receive alerts.
The administrator selects the notification categories they want to receive.
The administrator affirmatively checks an unchecked SMS-consent checkbox.
The administrator selects Enable SMS notifications or Save SMS settings.
The consent disclosure shown before enrollment states:
"By checking this box, I agree to receive transactional SMS alerts from Purebaric about new reservation requests, review submissions, and rentals that are about to end. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy."
SMS enrollment is optional. Administrators can continue using the Purebaric admin portal without enabling text notifications.
Sample messages
Every message is a short alert telling the administrator to sign in to the admin portal. When a chamber is available, the reservation alert also carries a follow-up text template with a "[NAME]" placeholder, the rental length, monthly price, and delivery date. Messages never contain a customer's name, phone number, address, email, or other details.

What the opt-in process looks like
The screenshots below are from the live admin portal, taken September 29, 2026. The administrator's real mobile number and email are redacted (the number shown in the first two images is a sample); no Twilio credentials, tokens, or other secrets are ever shown or stored in this page.

How to opt out
An enrolled administrator can stop SMS notifications by:
Replying STOP to a Purebaric text message; or
Disabling SMS notifications in the Purebaric admin portal.
